I think it's safe to assume that my papa isn't going to look at my blog, so I can show you his little Christmas present here. It's a portrait I painted of my brother, Zach. He passed away a few years ago and it was so nice to capture him in a painting. This is a painting of him as a kid-- he was such a cutie pie and everyone loved him so much. After I painted it I kept looking at it on my easel because it almost felt like he was there.
